Sauveur began his aviation carrier over 20 years ago as an Aircraft Technician, gaining vast experience in aircraft Line Maintenance and Heavy Base maintenance both in Airframe and Engines with large MROs.

He qualified in Plant Technology and holds an AML with a vast array of specialised tasks. Sauveur joined Bravo Aircraft Technical Services Limited (BATS) during its project times as the Maintenance Manager, progressing to Accountable Manager.

Mike has over 30 years’ experience in the industry predominantly with various airlines including British Airways, Monarch Airlines, Thomas Cook Airlines.

He has worked as a fleet, technical services, reliability and airworthiness engineer during his career with key project and structures management experience. Mike also manages the Part M Training Department.

Mick has worked in numerous Production and Engineering management positions for Shannon Aerospace prior to his move to Lufthansa Technic Budapest as Head of Base Maintenance. Mick leads the Part 21 Design team, specialising in the delivery of bespoke design to clients.

Paul has over a decade of experience in the aviation industry including both commercial and technical roles in the MRO sector. He has in depth experience in both APU and Landing Gear overhaul services. Paul holds a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Limerick.

His positive, outgoing and solution driven attitude is key in the development of the Sum Aviation Group customer base and brand.
