Part 21 Design International Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the SUM Aviation Group, is an EASA Part 21J approved (EASA.21J.719) design organisation with bases in both Malta and Ireland.  Our team consists of highly experienced aircraft design engineers and compliance experts ready to deliver bespoke aircraft engineering and creative design solutions, regardless of location.


Part 21 Design International Limited specialises in the development of minor changes / repairs on a range of commercial and private aircraft types to support our diverse customer base.  Part 21J modification packages can be created to support entry into service, continued airworthiness and end of lease requirements. Our Part 21G partners work directly with us to simplify the process for the customer providing any necessary materials alongside our design modifications and repairs.

• Assistance with preparation of documents for presentation to NAA for Design Change approvals
• Assistance in the management of STC applications
